Lisa M. Wolfe has an Associate Degree in Exercise Science, while an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a YogaFit certified instructor. She also has fourteen years of experience in the fitness industry including own- ing her own gym. While doing all of these things, she is a freelance writer for various magazine publications. She is also the author of YogaBand, Save Time with Circuit Training and Off the Wall: Exercises for Climbers.
